Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was at a night club someone pushed me and someone thought it was me so they got it against me they grabbed be and were chocking me so I defended my self and tried to hit they were two men dressed as women they socked me on my face and security kicked me out without even knowing what was happening and didn't kick the men out I want to know of I can press charges against the night club since I don't get a chance for anything

To "press charges" is to formally accuse someone of a crime. I don't see anything criminal about what the club or its employees did.

You probably meant to ask if you have a viable civil claim against the club. The answer is no, unless there is more to the story.

Nightclubs are private property. The owners have the right to make anyone leave at any time and for any reason, unless that reason is based upon illegal discrimination. That doesn't seem to be the case here. The employees threw you out because of how they believed you were behaving. Their belief was mistaken, but they were well within their rights.
