Offer Made Is It Fair

I was rear-ended while at a stop light. I had 28 Chiro. appts. in the last 10 months. Ir's caused hip pain etc. from a pre existing lower back condition that I didn't know I had. My medical bills are $3,800 / the car repair was $500. The driver at fault insurance company offered me $6500, and probably 1/3 less of medical bills I have to pay back, that would net approx. $3600, for future Chiro. visits (of 1 a month) and pain and suffering. Realize I'm on limited time 1 month left to settle. Does this sound fair.

It sounds more than fair. If you were to go to trial on a case like this you run the risk of getting nothing, even if fault is found on the other driver. Take the money and run.
