Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I had ordered a subway sandwich took it home to eat it took a bite and chewed down biting onto an olive pit breaking two of my back teeth i still have the pit and have been to the dentist... Is there anything i can do?

In California, the old law (i.e. the Mix Rule about a chicken bone) has long ago been overturned; there now may be a claim they breached the duty they owe you when preparing food, it doesn't matter whether if its a natural or foreign object in food anymore.
