Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was given a paper to sign, a compromise and release form with out any one explaining it to me. once i signed it i sat down and read it i signed all my rights away and my attorney did'nt even take the time to explain it to me. can i do something about it?

Doubtful that you could change anything now. Your questions does not really explain what kinds of rights you gave up, but legally, since your attorney was there, it seems like he would have explained the impact to you, or at least that is what your attorney will claim that he did.
