Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

payment amount

I was in an accident in april I still have muscular skellital pain in my chest-may be persistant for life m.r.i.shows slite bulging still have pain.How much should we expect to collect for truck damages-hospital bills and pain&suffering? I was told even though I do'nt show any fractures pain may always be present.Disc bulg is L5-S1-how soon should I tackle this with the insurance co. & court?

It is hard to evaluate your case based upon the information provided. It all depends on the amount of damage to your vehicle, when and how much medical treatment you received, your age and occupation, the MRI results, etc.

Has your doctor opined that the disc bulging was caused by the accident? Do you know how many millimeter is it protruding?
