Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Who pays if the people at fault run away?

I only had Liability Insurance and the other parties who were at fault in the stolen vehicle, ran from the accident. Who is going to pay the damages to my car?

Mr. Koury is correct. Your insurance pays for your damages. However, if you have only liability insurance, it will not pay to the damage to your car.

You should have medical coverage, that will pay, generally 5,000, for your medical expenses.

If you have uninsured coverage it will pay for the personal injury damages. Loss of wages, pain and suffering etc.
