Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
personal injury
My Child was injured by his teacher
in school when he pinched my child
in the neck and when he tried to get
away he was grabbed by the arm
and swung around till he had a large
bruse on his arm. He is scared to go
back to school and the school said
nothing happened. His teacher tried
to tell my child not to tell his parents
(me and my wife) and the school
sent a school cop and intimidated my
wife. My Kid is scared of retaliation
and he has an Injury on his arm.

Re: personal injury
This sort of behavior is unacceptable and constitutes criminal conduct-- not just the child abuse itself, but also the failure on the part of various officials to follow mandatory child abuse reporting procedures.
It is urgent that the bruises be photographed with high-resolution equipment, and that the child be seen by medical professionals. Take him to an ER, and alert them to the child abuse allegations; they should then contact your local child protective services agency and/or local police department. School police are NOT equivalent.
Once this is done, consult an attorney. I have handled similar matters; you can find out more about me at my website, www.stone-molloy.com.
