Re: personal injury

This sort of behavior is unacceptable and constitutes criminal conduct-- not just the child abuse itself, but also the failure on the part of various officials to follow mandatory child abuse reporting procedures.

It is urgent that the bruises be photographed with high-resolution equipment, and that the child be seen by medical professionals. Take him to an ER, and alert them to the child abuse allegations; they should then contact your local child protective services agency and/or local police department. School police are NOT equivalent.

Once this is done, consult an attorney. I have handled similar matters; you can find out more about me at my website, www.stone-molloy.com.
