Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

personal injury dog bite

Nighbor was bitten by my dog on thigh. She said she wouldn't sue as we told her we would pay whatever medical it required. Total med $287. She refuses to sign a doc freeing us from further obligation. Should we pay without doc and what is the downside. It was not a severe bite.

Get a real live lawyer ASAP.

The downside is that your dog could be euthanized, and your medical payments could be much higher.

Also, you should notify your home owner's company.
