Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Personnel Injury

We have a go cart track on our property and I'm afraid that someone eventually will get hurt the way the adults and kids ride on it. Is there a form that I can have them sign or there parent sign before they can use the track that releases me from liability if they get hurt?

Re: Personnel Injury

I can supply you with a release that the parents sign on behalf of themselves and the kids. You also should have liability insurance. That will protect you. If you want a release let me know. I can prepare it and email it to you. You can contact me at 219-340-3890.

yes, any lawyer can draft a release form. you should also check with your homeowners insurance and make sure you are covered for this.
