You need to contact Greyhound and file a claim for injuries. Keep records of all doctors that you see and their charges. Keep everything sent to you regarding the accident. Keep track of all time lost from work because of the accident, including if you miss work to go to the doctor. These are all things a lawyer could be handling for you. You really need to concentrate on getting treatment and recovering from the accident. In this type of a situation, I am willing to work on a contingency basis. This means I don't get paid until the case is settled or we go to court and win. You don't have to pay any money up front. I can help you see doctors without having to pay the bill, if you don't have medical insurance. The insurance adjuster will want to take your statement and I would be on the phone with you to make sure they don't try and trick you. Adjusters handle claims everyday and have a lot of experience getting people to settle for less than they deserve. Most people tend to settle because they need the money. They don't know that they are entitled to more money because the adjuster might tell them that if they don't take what they are offering they won't get anything. If you are interested in speaking with me about the case or just have questions about what kind of money you should be asking for, please feel free to contact my office toll free at 877-546-9918. I think you would agree that being prepared with information is better than not knowing. The consultation is free and you are under NO OBLIGATION to retain me as your lawyer.

Sincerely,

John Hayes, Esq.
