Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I was pulling down a display item child car from the wall on a rack and the rack sliced my finger and left a large gash in my finger. One worker gave me bandage and didnt offer me anything else. Do I have a case?

You may have a case. However, more facts are needed. It is unclear if you were a customer vs. being an employee; or the mechanics and reason as to why and how the rack caused the cut. As for just giving you a bandage, that in and of itself is not actionable. If ambulance was needed, you could've either call one yourself or asked the store manager or employees for help. Also, it is unclear as to why you were the one retrieving the item rather than having the employees help you out. You should talk to a lawyer.
Good luck.
Mr. Tashjian is entirely correct. Moreover, if the only damages you have are a large cut to the finger that healed up within a few weeks, left no significant scar, did not cause much pain, etc., the case has little value even if the store is negligent.
