Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
Purposely exposing a person to an SDT
I am being harrassed by an ex boyfriend. He is stalking me. He found out he had herpes and had sex with me unprotected. The relationship was long term. I took a message from a clinic that test results had come in.They did not specify for what. He called them back and that said nothing and we had unprotected sex.Again a few days later. I found evidence on his desk and have refused all contact but he continues to harrass me.Do I have a case in order to keep him away from me.Yes, its sick.help.

His actions give rise too numerous potential claims. You should be able to btain a restraining order relating to the STALKING and as to the STD you have a case. If you would like further information you may email me for an appointment. [email protected]
