Rear End Causing Severe Medical Conditions
On June 6th 2007 I was at a stop light and was rear ended by a guy who claimed his foot slipped, but he his me and my 5 year old son so hard that we both now suffer from injuries. His insurance company, AAA is offering me 500.00 to settle. Thats a Joke. Is it to late for me to get help and pursue legal action.

No! It is far from too late.
You should consult with a personal injury attorney promptly and let him/her explain your options, and aid you in collecting damages.
Insurance companies did not become rich by throwing around money.
However, you should also not make any more statements, oral or written, when you talk to the AAA representative.

Just a further word of caution. Do not speak to, or sign anything from the AAA claims adjuster. His job is to save his company money, not to be fair to you!
