Re: rearended at stop light

Is your court date on Aug 4 a trial or some other type of hearing? You can use medical reports without a doctor coming to court if you filed your lawsuit as "limited Jurisdiction". If filed some other way, maybe you can get the judge to change it. If you are in Orange County, Calif., call me and I'll see if I can help. 714-963-5123. You could also try your local county bar association for a referral for a consultation.

under the urgent circumstances, your best bet might be to retain a lawyer from here on out to help you get some of your evidence or testimony admissible. if you would like further assistance in this matter, email me on how you might like to proceed.

Re: rearended at stop light

Thank you for your posting.

Your best bet is to make an ex parte motion to continue the trial and allow late appointment of an expert witness.

You can also proceed and describe your injuries personally to the jury, but I think you may be subject to some intense cross examination or objections if you stray into expert witness territory in your testimony.

Most attorneys might be able to take your case on a flat fee or hourly fee basis, even if others have refused to take on on a contingency basis.

I hope that this information helps, but if you have further questions, want more information, or feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. I am happy to help in any way that I can.
