Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
Recently i was in my car and another person in a car rammed me. I tried getting away, but she rammed me again. Then she left the scene. I know who she is, so i got her info and reported it to her insurance co. They said she denies it, and i heard she got her car fixed. So i filed a police report too, and they said they couldnt do anything about it. WTF? What am i suppose to do? My car is totalled and i lost my job, cant get kids to and from school, etc. I need help please, to see what direction to go in. There r witnesses too. I have also been to the doctor. I dont even know if this is concidered accident law, cuz it was no accident. She tried to hit me.

You can file a lawsuit for the value of your car repairs or car if it's totaled, and your emotional distress, injuries, lost work, etc. She didn't "try" to hit you . . . she aimed and drove at your vehicle "intending" to hit you! I hope you have nicer friends than her.
You asked what you should do. My recommendations would be to contact an attorney as soon as possible. I handle P.I. cases all over California - please call me at 1.877.505.INJURY.
