Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Recently misdemeanor trespass charges against me were dismissed. However, the citizen who made the citizen's arrest continues to threaten me with this false allegation claiming he could get DA to renew charges and prosecute. I have had other disputes with person and other false allegations against me. Can I sue him to stop etc, as in Put Up or Shut Up"

It is doubtful that a civil harrasment restraing order would be granted with just words saying will talk to prosecute and he would not be prosecuted criminally. However you may have a case against him for money damages, though what your are likely to collect may be outweighed as to what it would cost you.
