Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I am a receptionist and sit in the front lobby of a company. This morning an exterminator sprayed heavily just outside the double doors leading to the lobby, and the fumes filled the lobby immediately. I was told the product used was EcoEXEMPT IC2, and that it was not only safe to breathe, but it could also be "eaten" by humans. After reading a "safety data sheet", I see that it may cause skin irritation, eye/nsasal irritation, dizziness, headache or nausea. Should I be worried about breathing these "safe" fumes for over an hour? The smell did begin to subside a little, but after an hour, I can still smell it. I have hypertension and high blood pressure, so I'm concerned with what effect it could potentially have on my health.

This question is for a doctor, not a lawyer. I am sorry but please go to doctor if you have reasons to feel you are affected.

It is important for you to have a doctor examine you, perhaps a toxicologist. Different insecticides affect people in varying ways-some with greater affects than others.
