Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Release of all claims and agreement

I am not sure all bills have been submitted to my auto insurance Co. and I talked to the Hospital, doctors office, and medcial Insurance Co, and no one can assure me that a bill will not pop up that was not paid.

My question is...Will I be covered for current charges that I may be asked to reimburse my medical insurance Co.(Blue Shield) or any currant charges from my Doctor or Hospital that GEICO did not receive. There is a bill for the ER in the amount of $4100.00 that was paid by my medical insurance and I would have to reimburse them so will this agreement cover that bill?

There will not be any future expenses incurred.

This is the wording in my ''Release of all claims and agreement'' from GEICO

In further consideration of the promise to pay the additional reasonable and necessary medical liens from Sharp Reese-Steely and/or Blue Shield, for treatment actually incurred by me/us between 1/25/2006 and 6/1/2006 from occurrence dated 1/25/2006 at or near Jamacha in El Cajon California and directly resulting there from, my/our heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby release, and forever discharge Anthony xxxxxx.

This is why you should not represent yourself without a lawyer. Once you settle that's it.
