Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
My renters want to put in an above ground pool. Property is in California.
They say they have liability insurance. My question, is if something happens, can I be sued since its my property?

The answer is most definately yes. You have a duty to make the property safe. Even if you do, you may be sued if someone is injured or other damage is caused. Do you have a landlord's policy of insurance? You should. Ask your insurance broker if pools are excluded.
