Self-Help; Slip and Fall Accident

As Plaintiff, what form do I use to respond in writing to a Discovery Deposition? Due reply asap; by Friday, 05/04/07. (Self-Help account atty bailed out and took my shoes, medical reports, etc.) Any suggestions for responding to personal discovery questions about past medical, employment and psychological histories, etc. Court Location in Santa Monica, CA.

You have two options:

1. Get a book like the one Nolo writes about litigating cases yourself;

2. Hire an attorney.

There are a variety of possible replies, but no one can know without knowing more about your case. That is why hiring an attorney is valuable.
