In the sale of any object, to avoid a fraud claim you must tell the buyer of any defect that is not apparent to the buyer. Whether the prior accident caused a problem with the car [loosen part of the frame, weakened a body part, caused the appearance of an occasional noise, etc.] depends upon what the damages were and how thoroughly they were repaired. If you do not tell them and they get a "car fax" or other report of the car's history they are likely to try to void the purchase in fear that their are other problems you did not tell them about.
