Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I have been served a temporary stay away order from my 18 year old daughter in a misdemeanor domostic violence case. The wife was not party one or two of the stay away order. Subsequent to the court order being filed, my wife has taken my name of the bank account without my approval; she was primary holder of the joint account. Additionally, the stay away order has now rendered me homeless. Additionally, I have been a full time student for the last eighteen months, and have no income. I have no cloths, no money, no place to stay.

Is there any viability to being able to file an emergency injunction to be allowed access to a reasonable subsistence level of funds to seek housing, transportation and food?

There is only one car in the family currently, that is fully in my name that is in my wifes possession. There is no seperation of marriage decreas or filings at the time of this email inquire.

Check with some shelters, or with a law school, or some legal self help or pro bono sections of the local county bar association.
