Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Looking for settlement or judgement awards

Was wondering if you had any suggestions as where to look for settlement awards for motorcycle accidents in California. I do not have an attorney and would like some relevant case law judgements to help settle my injury. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

See www.morelaw.com. Also, injuries are injuries. A broken arm is a broken arm. The fact that is was a motorcycle accident instead of some other kind of accident doesn't make that much difference. Good luck, Michael Hall Gray

Re: Looking for settlement or judgement awards

Finding case law to back up a claim for damages may be difficult. The reason for this is that there is no formula for determining damages. One jury might give a guy who broke his leg $15,000. Another jury might give a guy who injured the muscles in his back $5,000. These are all hypothetical scenarios, but what I am trying to show is that depending on your injuries, who is at fault for the accident, what kind of damage was done to your vehicle and many other factors, these will all contribute to the amount of money you are entitled to for pain and suffering. If you would like to speak with an experienced personal injury attorney about you case, I would be happy to speak with you free of charge. I can try and give you an idea of what you should expect from a jury if this goes to trial. My toll free number is 877-546-9918. Good luck. I look forward to speaking with you.

most experienced injury attorneys can give a pretty accurate estimate of what the case is worth because they do a lot of volume and have seen simular injuries before.
