Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

settlement

I have recieved a settlement letter from my attorney.

Do I have the right to ask my attorney what the ''total amount of money'' that was offered for the settlement?

Do I have to accept the initial offer?

If not, what should I do?

You are entitled to know the amount of an offer being made. the decision on whether to accept or reject an offer is the clients to make
