Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I have right shoulder pain due to having multiple seizures in the hospital urgent care...the pain hasnt went away! My father and I believe it is due to the lack of support from the nurses and Them not putting me in a bed with no rails! Is this something to look into if I have a case here in california?

You should try to get the medical records of your stay and then take the to an attorney specializing in medial malpractice to discuss whether you have a case. Off hand, I do not see what the connection is between seizures and a bed with rails [normal procedure is to put the patient in a bed with the rails up so they do not fall out].
