Slander and Libel?
I recently broke up with my fiance. During our relationship, I had taken nude photos and made videos of myself to try to get him to want me
(he was really into amateur porn). There is also one video of the two of us together and one of me by myself. Anyway, during the breakup he locked his computer before I could delete all of that stuff and now I am really stressing myself out about the idea that he might decide to become the jilted lover and do something with them (like post them on the internet). (F.Y.I. we are now living in different states). Is there anything I can do to prevent him from posting the pictures and videos online or can I press charges and make sure there are repercussions if he does?

Well, copyrighting the pics is one approach. I would sooner suggest hiring a trail lawyer to send the ex a good old fashioned "nastygram" lawyer letter. One which demands the return and destruction of all such images, and informing him that the consequences of distributing them to ANYONE EVER, will be a civil action for intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, and seeking a couple of million in punitive damages. I would also inform him that punitive damages and intentional wrongs are NOT covered by insurance, so any litigation will come out of his pocket, private assets, and future income.
That ought to give you some peace of mind, assuming he is not a total idiot.
