Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Slip and fall injury

I had a fall at a large health club chain. The mats were old and when I stepped on one, it flew out from under me causing me to hit the hardwood floor and fracturemy elbow.

I would like to know if there are limits on slip and fall injurys. I would like for them to pay my medical bills and time and suffering, etc.

No limits. Call me or another personal injury lawyer to evaluate the claim. You may want to get my free special report about "Hidden Secrets the Insurance Companies Don't Want You to Know." You can download it free, on-line, at www.mwrothinjurylaw.com.

Re: Slip and fall injury

There are not any limits on slip and fall injuries.

You should retain a personal injury lawyer at your earliest convenience, and do not discuss the case with the insurance representative representing the carrier for the club's liability policy.

Do not hesitate to e-mail, or call, my office if I can be of further help.
