slip,fall
I fell at a Cosco in ca and didn't tell anyone. but now i have a lot of pain in both knees and they swell. what should or could i do.

It depends why you fell. If you tripped over your shoelaces, then the store has no fault. If you tripped on something that might have been on the floor for a long time, then you could have a claim. You should contact an attorney in your area if the latter is true. In the meantime, immediately see a doctor to examine and treat your knees and maybe your lower back. Any delay in treating would hurt your potential legal case.

I would suggest you see a doctor to determine the extent of your injuries and then speak with an attorney concerning the circumstance that led you to fall.
