Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I slipped and fell in a bathtub/shower in a hotel room in California. The tub was slanted and there was no tub mat or nonsIip prevent in the tub. I sprain my wrist and shoulder and hurt my back. I am off work (unpaided leave). I also have gone to the doctor 3 times as a result of this. I incurred copayments, med expenses and I am still in pain. What can I do?
