Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
So my son and I were in a car accident on September 26, 2014. I was seen at the doctor and found out that i was two weeks pregnant at the time of the accident. Now my son was only 3 months at the time and I was breastfeeding so I was unaware I was pregnant. Anyways I was unsure about going through with the pregnancy only because I didn't want anything to go wrong whether it was with me or the unborn baby but when I was seen at the doctor, they gave me exercises instead of sending me to a physical therapist because I was pregnant. For 3 months I was barely able to move let alone play with my son seeing as I could barely take care of him properly. I even had to quit breastfeeding. It has been 5 months and I am now feeling better like how I was before the accident. I am keeping the baby because I realized that I was getting better. I was wondering if anyone can give me an estimate on how much they believe the insurance company will give me for my injuries plus pain and suffering? Also I was the passenger in the car that got rear ended I was in the back seat with my son and it was the other cars fault.
