Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

my sons blocked account

I tried to withdraw funds from my son's blocked account,and the clerk told me the case was dissmissed. There is still funds in his account,how do I petition the courts if they don't accept the forms? They said the lawyer has to file a motion to reopen the case. I don't want to go through this lawyer anymore, he's no help, what can I do?

You can file the motion yourself or hire another lawyer.
