Special employee limited by workers compensation laws?

Can an individual employed by a temporary employment agency and assigned to an employer sue that employer for personal injuries in civil court for an injury occuring on the job and caused by the negligence of the employer?

If you have been injured while working for a "temp" agency, then you may file a worker's compensation claim on the temp's policy. If your injury was the result of negligence of the job site employer, then you may file a civil suit against that concern. Please call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
