Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Staple Center Eye Injury

I was injured due to an indoor firework show at the staple center. After being seen by their doctor I was informed that my vision will no longer be 20/20 and I will have to wear glasses. My vision is blurred and I continue to have headaches. I am seeking someone who will review my case and possible work on a contingency basises.

I couldn't agree more with Mr. Roth's answer. Since the accident was at the Staples Center, I assume you are in the L.A. area, and closer to Mr. Roth's office than mine in Bakersfield.

I would take him up on his offer. If you need more from me, do not hesitate to e-mail, or call, my office.

God luck!

Call and we'll talk. This is no slam dunk, given that there are risks inherent in attending a fireworks display. That being said, the injury is severe and you should get as much help and consultation as possible.
