Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I'm from the state of California. My question is that if I ever get sued and lose will my parents assets such as their house or cars be in danger of being taken away from them? I'm not in any of the titles but I do still live at home with them. I am 22 years old.

Living with your parents is not enough to make them liable for your actions. But depending on circumstances, they could be liable for other reasons.
For example, if they let you drive their car while you're dunk, they could be liable for negligence. That liability would be based on their own actions, and not on the fact you live with them. I can imagine other scenarios as well.
If you're worried about something more specific, you may want to discuss your concerns in detail with a lawyer.
Good luck.
