Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

statement of judgement

1 year ago a jury awarded a judgement that was not enough to cover the liens on my case. the judge ordered the defendant to submit a statement of judgement and has not yet done so is there penalties that accure for this non action? also can i submit an appeal?

Re: statement of judgement

You should file an OSC with the court about why a judgment has not been filed. Once there is a judgment, you can appeal but you should talk to an appellate attorney before you do so.
