Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
what is the statue of limitation on my case?
I took my car through a ''touchless'' car wash. when the employee was driving my car he got the bumper caugth on the medal rail that pulls the car through the car wash the driver side bumper, was pulled off and hitting the ground. So I called the owner of the car wash he sent me to an autobody shop he used before,so I got an estimate, then the owner decides he was not going to pay for anything. I want to know what the statue of limitation is on this case????
