What is the statue of limitations for for filing a claim once the injured minor turns 18, in the state of Calif.

I'd have to look it up. If the injury is substantial, it is worth looking into and any qualified injury lawyer will collect the facts, do the research and advise for free. Check with a lawyer and see if he is willing to take the case.

Statute of limitations is two years from the discovery of injury, and/or negligence. I don't know of any changes based on age. If there are, the law is very obscure.

Your grammar is not good. I gather the last sentence indicates you think an attorney an attorney did something wrong.

E mail, or call, my office with more details, and I'll try to help you more.
