Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I stayed at the marriott suites recently and had a glass divider fall and hit me on the head and caused me three days of the worst head ache I have ever had and was only given aspirin and ice fro the hotel. Two days later my breast implant was completely deflated. The manager onsite at the time was a young girl whom told me she was left in charge while all the managers were away at a big convention. Since then I have left several unanswered messages and finally spoke to a sales mgr who wouldn't give me corporates phone number and said she couldn't discuss anything with me since nothing was major notedon the incident report. I am completely frustrated that they feel its all ok . Isnt there any type of compensation for my pain and mishap? I still had to pay for my two nights forth room as well.

They were stupid in how they mishandled the matter and were unkind to you. Demand from them the contact information of their chief legal counsel to tell him/her the basis facts of the incident, how the hotel was negligent, you are going to get a medical exam and have injury to your breast, and if they do not positively respond the next time they hear from you will be via our personal injury attorney. Go get a medical exam to see what your injuries are and if you need further treatment and its approximate cost. You need to speak to a personal injury lawyer who practices in the geographic area of where the hotel is to find out how much your case is worth and whether it is better to hire an attorney or not.

The previous answer is very good. The value of our claim depends both on proving they were negligent and connecting your injury to their negligence. Do you have pictures of bruises to your breast to support the ruptured implant claim? Is your breast still bruised? The ruptured implant claim is valuable if it can be proved.
