Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was strucked by a store cart stacked too high with produce, pushing by the clerk at a fairly high speed. A report was filed. The clerk and the manager admitted and apologized. I have not seen a doctor. It has been a week. Is there a case here?

For what? Doesn't sound like you were injured. Negligent conduct does not give rise to a cause of action without damages.

Probably not. Since you waited an entire week and didn't see a doctor, the store's insurance company will claim, and a jury might well believe, that you weren't injured.

Were you hurt? If you were hurt, it sounds like there is a case. The question of how much would be determined by the severity of the injury. A small bruise or slight scratch means your damages are extremely minimal.
