Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Am I going to be stuck with the medical bills?
A car accident i was in in 94 was settled 2 mos ago.I had no ins. at the time i had no insurance,but soon after that prop was passed,so no insurance=no pain+suffering! Finally it has been settled 5 yrs later for the paltry sum of $750.00 to be split by my attorneys.Now suddenly the Head attorney(who i have only spoken to once on the phone during all of this,imostly dealt with hios paralegals) wants me to come in for an appointment with no explanation as to why.I have already signed the paperwork agreeing to the 750.00,so why would he want to speak with me.I have a sinking feeling that he is going to inform me that i am responsible for the medical bills i incurred while recieving therapy for neck and back injuries after the accident,which i am sure exceed my portion of the 750.00!This dismays me greatly as i am a single mother supporting my child on $400.00 a month and obviously cannot afford to pay such bills.Do you have any information or advice for me?I would greatly appreciate it!
