Can i sue for the dalkon sheild, i got pregnant on it, and lost the baby, then had 3 miscarriges , i have incompetent cervixs, i had two have 2 cerclages, i had a baby at 6 months one baby at 7 months, had one baby at 6 months that passed away. it just my life hell

The Dalkon Shield has been off the market since 1974. A.H. Robins went bankrupt in the 80's. A $2.5 billion fund was established as part of the bankruptcy plan for claimants who proved their claims. However, the statute of limitations for any lawsuit and the time limits for making claims against the fund expired decades ago. The U.S. Supreme Court rule that statutes of limitations for Dalkon Shield claims were not tolled. If Mr. Selik is an expert in that field he should know all this.
