Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

After surgery, I am having issues and quite a bit of pain as well as a hernia. After contacting the doctor that performed the surgery about the issues, he states that He has done no wrong. I sent a medical release form to his office and was told there were no records on me. What do I do?

The doctor must have records on your surgery. If not, ask him where the records are. If no good answer go to the Medical Board to resolve this. You will still likely have a very difficult time to prove negligence of the doctor. Typically you have to hire a new expert witness doctor to review and give his opinion on where the negligence of the first surgeon occurred. Could cost upward of $5000 to even get the expert's review and opinion.
