Table saw for sale at a yard sale

Hello, If I sell a perfectly good and running table saw at a yard sale and the buyer takes it home and cuts himself by accident of his own - can he sue and successfully claim against me?

Of course he can sue, but he will not prevail unless he can prove the table saw was defective in either design or in the way it was manufactured, or if the accident was caused by some negligence of yours in the way you maintained the table saw.
