Threatend over the phone while working

I was working trying to collect money for unpaid balances, the guest called and was non stop cursing and threatened to come here and kick my ass. can i do anything?

You can do a lot, but probably nothing worth doing. You can sue in small claims for assault. You can apply for and obtain a restraining order. About the only thing worth doing however is taking steps to collect, possibly using an attorney or collection agency.
