Why ask this question?
Are you a law, or pre-law student with a paper to write?
Re: tort law`
Of the Intentional torts you have two kinds, those against property and those against persons. There are numerous torts in these categories, all with their different elements. Then you have your negligence claims where you need to prove there was a duty owed and a breach of that duty, which breach caused damages. Then you've got your strict liability torts, of which products liability is a subset. There's a great practice guide out there called California Torts, though I'm not sure who publishes it. I think maybe Bender.
Re: tort law`
What is the point of this question? Torts are civil wrongs not grounded in contract law.
