Trip and fall injury

While crossing from a city sidewalk to reach the street, tripped over sprinkler head in median between the sidewalk and street, injuring face and eye causing lacerations and severe double vision therefrom and continuing. Sprinkler head was next to curb and about two inches above curb when contact was made.
