Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

My vehicle was destroyed by road conditions on a major freeway.

Yes, I have a claim against the Department Of Transportation for damage done to my vehicle. I've sent them estamites of the damage and have witnesses of this occuring. I sent this information back in June of this year and I was told that I should here from them by January of next year! What can I do to expidite the case.

Nothing. Before you can sue the government you must wait until your claim is officially denied or 6 months, whatever comes first.
