Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
Verbal offer made then pulled.
If a verbal offer is made by an insurance company, accepted by the person injured, then the offer is pulled, is the insurance company still liable for the offer?

Legally yes. An offer can be pulled any time before it is accepted but not after.

Depending on the situation any verbal contract can
be rescinded. What was their reason for rescinding the offer?
Was it your own insurance company? It sounds like
you are being taken for a ride. You have probably waited
several months for you money only to be ignored. If you
would like to discuss you case, and how you can get the
money that you deserve, please feel free to contact me

The consultation is free, and I have handled personal
injury claims for over a decade. If nothing else I can
help you determine what you should settle for. You might
be glad that they rescinded their offer, because
chances are they didn't offer enough.
