Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Visited a Jack-In-The-Box and purchase a hamburger. Took a bite and a piece of glass was in the burger meat. Did not cut my mouth but was devastated that I bit a piece of glass. Spoke to manager and he asked me how'd it get there. I showed him burger meat with piece of glass and also took a picture.

Is this something I have the right to sue them for?

With no physical injury or treatment with a health care provided for emotional trauma you have no real proof of damages and I see no real claim here based upon the facts stated.
