Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Will this be final ?
I was in an auto accident 5-17-99 the mini van
T-boned me I was 7mo. pregnant.
My sister refered me to a lawyer he lives in sacramento,ca and I live in Palmdale,ca
Because of our distance he sends me all doc.
He sent me a "Trust agreement and release in full
(uninsured motorist coverage)"form and on it, it
says "In consideration of such payment the undersigned represents and warrents that this is a full and final release applying to allknown
claims, unknown and anticipated injuries,deaths
or damages arising out of this accident,casualty
or event.
If I sign this will that mean if there were to
be something wrong w/my daughter in the future
due to this accident she woudnt be covered medically? she was born 7-1-99 she seems to be fine as of now but what if??

Yes, it will be final so make a call to your kid's doctor and discuss the chances of future complications with him.
